Abstract

The goning into effect of code learn and lecturer add new strength setling of rights and obligationsto teacher. And specifying of regulation of minister education of no. 16 year 2007 about standart of academic qualification and interest learn in it there are benefit of certification that is: (1) protecting profession learn from side which do not competence, damage which can teacher profession image; (2) protecting society of education done not quality and professional; (3) improving prosperity of teacher.
