Abstract

ABSTRACT Ulfina, Vima Naila. Students Registered Number, 1741143369. 2018. Analysis of the Fulfillment of Employees’ Rights and Obligations in Gender Studies of Islamic Perspective at Muamalat Indonesia Bank (BMI) Ponorogo Branch Office (KCP). Syariah Banking. Faculty of Economics and Business of Islam. State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Tulunggaung. Advisor: Dr. Hj. Nur Aini Latifah, SE., MM. This study explains the concept of fulfilling the rights and obligations of employees with the company. The reason, the employees and the company is a unity that cannot be separated. In a working relationship between employers and employees in a company written on a work agreement, which contains a statement of the rights and obligations between both sides, as well as all the legal consequences. The focus research problem are (1) How does the company give proper compensation to the employees? (2) How does the company develop the human resources by training and education (skills development)? (3) How does the company apply the labor unions to the employees? (4) How does the company apply the work discipline (obedient rules) to the employees? (5) How does the company take a stand for the employees who make mistakes either or breaches in work? This research used qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The data were primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from interview, while secondary data was taken from journals, books, and scientific articles. Furthermore, the result of the research are (1) Company give proper compensation to employees in BMI KCP Ponorogo apart from the job desk also seen from the achievement and work experience. (2) Development of human resources is done by training and education through training and education program, seminar and others. (3) Implementation of SPSI with the establishment of Muamalat Fighthers Union (SPM) become one of medium for the workers / employees to obtain protection. (4) The company implements work discipline (obedient rules) to employees by Ittifaq Muamalat and run by all employees. (5) Indiscipline (not discipline) employees get the punishment based on the level of error performed. Keywords: Rights and Obligations, Employees, Gender, Islam Perspectives.
