Abstract

The purpose of the research is to obtain information regarding: 1) the form of straying behavior of student, 2) the factors causing the emergence of straying behavior among students, and 3) strategis used by the team work of the school in addressing the behavior of student. This is study uses a qualitative approach to the type of mnulti-sites. Its location is in the islamic SMK 1 Blitar and St. Joseph Catholic SMK Kota Blitar. Data collection technique is participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data single case analysis and analysis of site traffic. Based on the results of research are: 1) forms of straying behavior performed by students ranging from things as simple to very complex. 2) factors that cause the emergence of straying behavior in student those external factors and internal factors. External factors devired from the surroumding environment, while its internal factor comes from the students themselves. But the most dominant factor in influencing student misbehavior that environment factors playmates. 3) the strategy used is the strategy of external and internal strategies.
