Abstract

Government's policy about PAUD is a strategic policy to prepare future generations as qualified human resources to conduct national development in the future. The implementation of the government's policy about PAUD,if it is viewed from the SWOT analysis perspective,it is insisted to consider carefully of the aspects of strengh,weaknesses, opportunity and challenge. It is important to be taken into consideration in order the availability of the strengh can be improved,the presence of weaknesses can be minimized,the existence of opportunity can be made use, and any challenges can be responded by those who take responsibility to manage the PAUD.
