Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul “Penanaman Nilai Disiplin Belajar Santri di Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri” ini ditulis oleh Muhammad Habibur Rohman, NIM. 17201153519, Jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK), Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Tulungagung, pembimbing Dr. H. Masduki, M.Ag. Kata kunci: Penanaman Nilai, Disiplin Belajar, Disiplin Belajar Santri Faktor perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan masyarakat, kemajuan teknologi dan informasi menuntut kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan di dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan, khususnya lembaga pendidikan Islam seperti halnya Pondok Pesantren itu selain bisa dijadikan sarana untuk mentransfer pengetahuan juga harus bisa menjadi sarana untuk mentransfer suatu nilai. Nilai yang dimaksud disini ialah suatu hal abstrak yang ada pada diri seseorang, yang kemudian ia menganggap hal itu berharga dan harus dilestarikan karena keberadaannya mampu membawa manfaat bagi dirinya. Masih dalam konteks Pondok Pesantren, mentransfer nilai di lembaga pendidikan Islam tersebut memang bukan perkara mudah, dibutuhkan keuletan dan kesabaran ekstra dari seorang guru (kyai atau ustadz) untuk menanamkan nilai yang dikehendakinya terhadap para santri, terkadang juga diperlukan suatu paksaan atau hukuman untuk menumbuhkan benih-benih kesadaran diri para santri yang pada akhirnya akan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai yang akan membawa berkah dan manfaat bagi mereka. Berkaitan dengan hal ini, diantara nilai-nilai tersebut, peneliti disini mengkaji salah satu diantara nilai-nilai tersebut, yakni “nilai disiplin belajar” para santri di Pondok Pesantren Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri. Adapun fokus penelitian daripada skripsi ini adalah: (1) Bagaimanakah guru menanamkan nilai disiplin belajar terhadap peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri? (2) Bagaimana kendala-kendala yang dialami oleh guru dalam menanamkan nilai disiplin belajar terhadap peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri? (3) Bagaimana dampak nilai disiplin belajar terhadap peserta didik di Pondok Pesantren Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif-deskripstif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan datanya itu menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dalam teknik analisis datanya itu menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Adapun untuk mengecekkeabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi teori, data dan sumber. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut ditemukan: (A) Cara penanaman nilai disiplin belajar yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap para santri di Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri itu antara lain adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Memberikan bimbingan, arahan, serta motivasi “belajar” 2) Memberikan pengawasan, kontrol, bimbingan serta pengajaran dalam segala aktifitas para santri 3) Memberikan contoh yang baik 4) Menerapkan metode resitasi sekaligus metode mahfudzat 5) Menugaskan para santri-santri senior yang tergabung dalam OSQ (Organisasi Santri Queen) untuk turut membantu dalam mendisiplinkan para santri. (B) Kemudian kendala-kendala yang dialami oleh guru dalam menanamkan nilai disiplin belajar terhadap para santri di Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri antara lain adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Suka mengeluh selama proses “belajar” 2) Malas “belajar” 3) Melawan perintah guru. (C) Sedangkan dampak dari nilai disiplin belajar terhadap para santri di Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri itu antara lain adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Pintar, 2) Cerdas, 3) Berwawasan luas, 4) Berprestasi, 5) Disegani dan selalu ditunjuk menjadi ketua syawir, dan lain-lain. (Student’s Identity Number) 17201153519, Departmen of Islamic Education, Faculty of Education and Science of Teaching (FTIK), State Institute of Islamic Studies (IAIN) Tulungagung, the guide is Dr. Masduki, M.Ag. Keywords: planting value, Disciplined learning, Students Learn to Discipline Factors of development of the times, the needs of the community, the advancement of information technology and learning activities undertaken demands in an educational institution, in particular the institution of Islamic boarding schools as well as it could in addition be used as a means of transferring knowledge should also be able to be the means to transfer a value. The value specified here is an abstract thing that exists on one's self, which he later considers it valuable and should be conserved because of his being able to bring benefits to him. Still in the context of boarding schools, transferring the value of an Islamic institution is not easy, it takes extra patience and tenacity of teachers (kyai or ustadz) to instill the value of the real against the students, sometimes also required a coercion or punishment to cultivate the seeds of self awareness of the students that will eventually cultivate the values that will bring blessings and benefits for them. Related to this, among those values, researchers here examine among those values, that is "values of the discipline of learning" the students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri. As for the focus of the research than this thesis are: (1) How can teachers instill the value of learning discipline against students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri? (2) How the constraints experienced by teachers in instilling the value of learning discipline against students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri? (3) How to impact the value of learning discipline against students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri? Whereas the aim of this study is to: (1) Know and understand how teachers instill the value of learning discipline against students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri. (2) Know and understand what kind of constraints experienced by teachers in instilling the value of learning discipline against students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri. (3) Acknowledge and understand the impact of the value of learning discipline against students in boarding schools Queen al-Falah Ploso Kediri. As for the type of research used the qualitative research is descriptive-it, so that the problems can be examined are known comprehensively and in-depth. The type of research used in this study is qualitative-descriptive research. While the data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Later in its data analysis technique, data reduction, presentation, and data verification were used. As for the legality of data in this study using the technique of observation extensions, triangulation theory, data and sources. From the results of the study was found: (A) How to planting discipline values studied by teachers to students at Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri is as follows: 1) Provide guidance, direction, and The motivation of "learning" 2) Provides supervision, control, guidance and teaching in all activities of the students 3) Provides a good example 4) Implement the method of Recitation and Mahfudzat Method 5) Assigning senior students who Incorporated in the OSQ (organization Santri Queen) to assist in the discipline of the students. (B) then the constraints experienced by the teacher in instilling the value of discipline learning of the students at Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri among others are as follows: 1) Like to complain during the process of "learning" 2) Lazy "learn" 3) Against teacher commands. (C) While the impact of the discipline to learn from the students at Pondok Pesantren Queen Al-Falah Ploso Kediri, among others, are as follows: 1) Smart, 2) Intelligent, 3) Broad￾minded, 4) Achievement, 5) Respected and always appointed as Chairman of Syawir (deliberation), and others.
